What is the movement nest?

Four people practicing acro yoga outdoors on steps, with trees in the background. One person is balancing upside down on another's hands, while a third person stands nearby, observing and assisting.

The Movement Nest is a space I created for people who want to reconnect with their bodies, rediscover play and feel free in their body.

The nest isn’t a fitness class but movement as exploration.

It’s all about creating a supportive, grounded space to move, learn and grow together — wherever you are in the world.

What will the classes involve?

At The Movement Nest, each class is a journey through the many layers of movement — blending yoga, mobility, strength and conditioning to cultivate true freedom in the body.

Every week explores a new theme and playful challenges designed to awaken your creativity, build awareness and inspire exploration.

You’ll be guided through mindful breathwork and moments of stillness to connect deeper within. Morning classes, Root and Rise, begin slow and grounded before building energy and flow, while evening sessions, Root and Release, start dynamic and unwind into calm.

Skill-based workshops vary weekly, from handstands and inversions to mobility and flow sessions, inviting you to grow and move in new ways.
